What are the shipping and transportation conditions?
4.a) Where do we ship to?
We ship to Spanish territory and to Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, France, Andorra, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and Austria. No shipments will be made outside the mentioned delivery area.
4.b) How long will you receive your order?
Delivery time is 1-2 business days. All our items are sent via door-to-door courier.
Orders are prepared as soon as payment has been confirmed and at the following times:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Orders received outside of these hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
If the item is not in stock, and cannot be delivered on time, we will notify you of the estimated time for your request and you can exchange it for another item if you wish or request a refund.
These deadlines are indicative and PABLO RODRIGUEZ LORENZO reserves the right to delay them for reasons beyond the control of the company. In any case, we will always try to shorten shipping times as much as possible to ensure quick and efficient receipt of orders.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
Delivery will be made punctually under the responsibility of the carrier.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package, or packages, to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt note.
Delivery will be made through the transport companies offered/directly by PABLO RODRIGUEZ LORENZO.

The user will have a period of fourteen calendar days to decide to return the “Product” from the date of receipt without incurring any penalty or expense, except for those corresponding to the return and without the need for justification.

7.c) What are the requirements for exercising the right of withdrawal?
If the user decides to cancel their purchase once the order arrives, they will have to be responsible for the original shipping costs, if any.

7.d) How is the refund made?

If the return occurs because the user considers that the “Product” is defective and wants a refund of the amount paid, they also have fourteen business days to return it from receipt of the product. Legal guarantee

Cause of force majeure
PABLO RODRIGUEZ LORENZO will not be responsible for any non-compliance or delay in compliance with any of the obligations assumed, when this is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Cause").
