B-complex vitamins in active forms, with Metafolin® folate and integrating factors. Supports energy metabolism and the nervous system during periods of high physical or mental demand.

Ingredients: Capsule: hydroxypropylcellulose; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1); calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5-pantothenic acid); nicotinamide (vitamin B3-niacin); riboflavin 5-phosphate (vitamin B2); pyridoxal 5-phosphate (vitamin B6); methylcobalamin (vitamin B12); calcium L-methylfolate (Metafolin®); intrinsic factor (porcine); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Take 1 capsule daily.

Adults over 17 years of age who want a complete supply of B vitamins, especially those with low gastric acidity —whether due to age or the use of acid inhibitors—, thanks to the inclusion of intrinsic factor that promotes the absorption of vitamin B12.
